<p>Hey, I'm attending my community college right now, I'm a freshman. I would like to transfer to USF next fall, my sophomore year so that I'll have better chances of getting into a frat. I don't have any credits right now because I'm still in my first semester, but by the end of 2013 summer semester I'll have a total of 49 credits (including CLEP and AP). Basically all I wanna know is when would be the best time for me to apply to USF to get in next Fall semester (2013)? If I do so now, I wont have any credits on my transcripts, besides maybe SLS I took in high school.</p>
<p>And please, don't bash me for wanting to join a frat, and that being one of the reasons I want to transfer. It won't make me change my mind.</p>
