<p>I have been told that informing colleges that you have been admitted to already, of another college's scholarship offer, often results in more scholarship offers. This of course applies to schools of the same caliber only. Is this true? Can I manipulate the system this way by using my scholarship offer? Perhaps in an e-mail or letter? Responses and any ideas appreciated.</p>
