using AP credit for FWS

<p>I just saw this paragraph on the Human Ecology website.</p>

<p>"Students must complete 2 First-Year Writing Seminars during their first two semesters. Those who do not fulfill this requirement will be referred to CAS. These seminars will not be approved for in absentia study."</p>

<p>Does anybody know if this means I "MUST" take 2 FWS or can I still use my 5 on my AP test to validate one of them. Some things they make so confusing</p>

<p>If you have a 5 on one of the AP tests, you can waive one semester of FWS</p>

<p>You still have to take another FWS.</p>
