I got a 5 on my AP Psychology test and I'm pretty sure I'm going to major in Psychology. However, I took AP Psych my junior year so I'm very rusty on a lot of psych information. Should I use my 5 to test out of Intro to Psych or should I just take Intro to Psych to be strong in the subject? Or, should I just buy a book and brush up on my Psych knowledge before I go to Wake? Tell me what you think! Also.. anyone else an intended Psych major?

You do not want to waste those $82. Just get a book and brush up on your psych.

Some Psych departments want you to take their own introductory course, as it provides the foundation for all of their more advanced-level coursework. This is especially true if a) the AP course you took did not have a laboratory component and b) you are planning to major in Psych. If I were you, I would contact the Psych department and see what they think is best.
