Using ART to get into UF?

I am a high school junior and I would really like to major in biology at UF.

Here is my question: If I emphasize on art accolades/accomplishments and lie that I am really interested in being an art major, will it boost my chances in getting in? Because I am very good at art and I could easily whip out a good portfolio.
Then, once I get in I can just switch my major? Is that possible?

I have a 3.9 unweighted GPA and I take many AP and dual enrollment courses too so I have a very high weighted, but my SAT is average: 1570

Someone once told me that there's always so many freshmen applicants that emphasize math/science abilities, that competition is very tight when it comes to stressing those.

UF doesn’t care about majors when you are applying. They don’t have a cap or quota on that because they realize that many students change their majors more than once. Apply as a biology major if you want.
