Yes, my mission is finally complete

My English teacher gave me a zero on an assignment because I talked about how I dislike French people and I used the word *****... I almost wanted to remind her of the first amendment.....

I think this post is definitely not kosher. Better get a rabbi over here STAT. And yeah, I stand by my words before. Just because rappers and other people use the n-word in their daily lives doesn't make it right. I was simply saying that I understand why a person of color could take offense to that statement. Btw, I know many white people who call themselves n*****s; does this make them black?

Please do not include the term wigger in your response...lol

the 1st amendment rocks my socks.

(spoken from an insane liberal from massachusetts)

I didnt advocate the use of the nword in any context; I meant to say that it is plain retarded to not associate the n word with blacks. Obviously they are associated. I am compelled to show Political correctness for the BS that it is.

It is wierd how African-Americans use the n-word to refer to themselves even though it is a hurtful, racist term. And when white people try to use the word, Af. Americans are infuriated. Wierd.

It is pretty stupid, but its not that different from calling your friend a motherf*****, instead, its just a more "personalized" version. I dont agree with it, just explaining it. It is pretty hypocritical though to get mad at other people for using it towards you, when you use it liberally, though each side has an argument.

I think we'd all be happier if we thought more about what we say and less about what others say...

It would also be helpful if we could get over taking offense at racial slurs or other PI remarks...after all, if they're untrue, there's no reason to get upset, and if they're true, then the problem runs deeper than the insult...

(must...combat...urge...to...correct...spelling... lol)

In case anyone's really interested, the "F word" really is derived from an Anglo-Saxon word meaning "to strike." (Trust me; my grad degree's in linguistics.)

And speaking as someone who turned down a contract to score the new SAT essay because I'm too tired for sweatshop grading, just skip the obscenity. It won't help and will likely hurt. Remember that these people know you ONLY from what you put on that page. (And yes, they WILL read it.) Is that what you want the strongest impression of your intellect to be?

If the answer is yes, then by all means, go right ahead.
