Using old editions to study for SAT II

i am taking the SAT II's in Math IIc and Chemistry this october. i have the old editions of the books.
For chemistry, i am using:
Kaplan's SAT II: Chemistry 1999-2000 edition

For Math level IIC:
Kaplan's SAT II: Mathematics Levels IC and IIC 1999-2000 edition
and
ARCO's SAT II: Math Level IC and Level IIC 7th edition (copyright 1995)

my question is will these books help me get a 750+ on the SAT II's for these subjects? i have already taken basic chemistry, and am in advanced chemistry this year, and i am currently taking calculus for math.
do these books have outdated information? thanks for the help in advance.

guys can anyone please help me out on this?

bump

Try to get a couple editions of the College Board-published "Real SAT IIs," for the practice tests (which are actual exams, rather than contrived ones) from the library.
