<p>On Dec 1st I submitted commonapp to Duke University(not including supplement, school forms and fees)</p>
<p>But now I decided to change my personal statement topic, which was already submitted on commonapp.</p>
<p>Luckily, Duke accepts universal college app</p>
<p>Is it acceptable to create an universal app account and complete my application to Duke on univeral app, although I have already submitted commonapp?</p>
