What exactly does it mean to fully use the resources at your high school?
Does it mean participating in many of its events and clubs? Taking the most advanced courses possible? Setting up a club? Are there any other ways?

Because I know that colleges are looking for how well you've used your school's resources
so they get an idea of how they'll take advantaqge of their resources.

Have you taken the hardest classes available? Big difference taking 2 AP classes in a school that only offers 2 AP classes vs a school that offers 25 AP classes. In the first case you are taking full advantage of the resources available in the second you could be kind of a slacker.

I guess the same could be said of leadership, clubs, sports, and other orgs. at your school. But mostly they are talking about academic rigour.
