<p>Do we HAVE to use the addressed envelope that Penn provided? It’s rather small to fit in A4 sheets, which means I’d have to fold them over, which I don’t like doing. Can I just use my own, lovely, big envelope and send in my papers?</p>
<p>Better yet use the FedEx envelope.......make sure that no matter what envelope you choose that you use a post that is traking. It would be a shame to not know where your application got to or if it did. USPS has this type of service as do all of the others......UPS,DHL etc.</p>
