D is doing well in a DO school (top 10%) and she recently got a 236 in USMLE step 1 while she has not get the results from COMLEX I, it is expected to be better than USMLE because that is easier than USMLE.
What specialty can she look into with that score? Her score is way above OB/GYN average, which she is interested.
The NRMP now helpful provides Match details and statistics for DO grads attempting to match into ACGME residencies.

OB/GYN is on p. 79
With a 236, she’s be in consideration for anesthesia, child neuro, EM, FM, IM, neuro, OB/GYN, pathology, peds and psych–especially if she isn’t picky about location. West Coast residencies are more competitive than East Coast, South and Midwest residencies. (Because–location! And fewer overall available positions in the Rocky Mtn-West Coast region)
Where I can find info on ob residency in the Bay Area
She is not particular on university hospital type, any will do
The only academic residency in the Bay Area is UCSF–which is in the top 5 OB/GYN residencies (if not THE top ranked) in the US.
You can check FRIEDA (registration w/ med school ID required) or ERAS (residency applicant status required) or the ACGME for a list of OB/GYN residencies.
Here’s quick & dirty search of the ACGME database for OBG residencies;
https://apps.acgme.org/ads/Public/Reports/ReportRun?ReportId=1&CurrentYear=2017&SpecialtyId=40&IncludePreAccreditation=false
Here’s the AMCAS database search–

It appears that the only other OB/Gyn residency in the Bay Area is Kaiser Permanente–which has programs in both Oakland and SF.
The Kaiser Oakland program is a non-participating --meaning it’s not accepting applicants for the 2017-18 cycle.
Thanks, I did find two others, Kaiser Santa Clara and Santa Clara Valley(San Jose). We are not even thinking of Stanford and UCSF. I heard UCSF-Fresno is easier, its only 4 hours away. Other than that Bakersfield is halfway to LA.
I will keep on searching AOA sites.
