USNA App not working... any suggestions?

<p>My Candidate Activities Record is really giving me a hard time. I emailed admissions last week but they havent gotten a response yet so I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.</p>

<p>Whenever I fill out the app, a bold, red message appears at the top of the screen appears that says "Failure!" Unfortunately, whenever I submit the CAR, even when it says failure, it sends an email to my counselor. She has received about 10 emails, each one saying something like "we cannot continue until the student sends in the CAR form," but I can't send in the CAR form because it is malfunctioning. What should i do???????</p>

<p>I suggest calling the candidate guidance office at 410-293-4362 and let them know the error message you are getting. Request to send the information on paper if you are unable to resolve the on-line application [be sure to put your name and candidate number on the top of anything you send in]</p>

<p>I would also let your BGO know as well, they have connections to USNA that you may not have</p>

<p>problem solved-they emailed me back. the admissions website doesnt function correctly if you are using firefox, just to let anyone else know if they are having a similar problem.</p>

Might be dependent on your version of Firefox. My son isn’t having any difficulty with the USNA application and he is using Firefox.</p>

<p>E-mail your regional director. His/her e-mail address should be posted at the bottom on your CIS page. </p>

<p>I had the same issue, the Regional Director was able to resolve it within a day.</p>
