Hey everyone!

I'm a Canadian, so I'll be prepping for CCO, but how are you all preparing?

Any advice/suggestions from past participants?

Thanks! :D

I can’t decide whether to prep for USNCO or USAPhO or both, but if I do, I’ll probably be using Atkins

I don’t have enough physics knowledge, so I’m focusing on Chem.

I heard Atkins is really difficult…I own a copy of Chemistry: The Central Science with Brown, LeMay etc.

I heard doing lots of practice tests is the way to go, so i’ll be doing those, I guess

Guys I’m just wondering what is USNCO?

Oh and how can you guys enter it?

Assuming you’re a US citizen, this site should help :

Hey guys,

I’m looking to take the USNCO for the first time this year as well, and hoping to at least make semis. I bought a copy of Atkins, but I’m having trouble understanding it since I have only taken honors and not AP. Do you think the studying of Zumdahl would be enough to pass the local exam? Thanks.
