USPHO and USNCO preparation

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>So I am a sophomore, and I am taking AP Physics 1 and honors chemistry this year. I want to participate in the USPHO, and USNCO, and hopefully pass the preliminary exam(f=ma, and local chem exam). However, I know that with only the knowledge from the class, I will barely get any questions right on either exam. So my question is how should I prepare for the 2 exams in addition to the classes I am taking. If it helps answering my question, I am taking AP Calculus AB/BC this year. </p>

<p>physics 1 will not help that much. try physics C. USNCO take AP chem.</p>
