UT at Austin or Texas A&M Univeristy

<p>Hi, I have been accepted to both schools, and I have received their financial aid from both school.
UT Austin offers me 16000 out of 25000
Texas A&M a full ride.</p>

<p>Where should I go? And which one is better for computer science.
