<p>Sorry to hear that gabbybelzer. I hope you make in the next term. I talked to admissions today and they are still telling me that decisions can happen anywhere from NOW to the END of summer. How could is possibly take that long…?</p>

Longhorn4 now that the spring semester is over UT states on their website that they make decisions only after they have received all info from the entire applicant pool. I know the waiting sucks guys…hang in there and Good Luck!</p>

<p>Dang… I"m still waiting. Transcript received 5/11, no answer yet. I applied to Comm (Advertising) with a 3.8 GPA. Hopefully this long wait doesn’t mean I’m being denied :</p>
<p>texaslax10, i’m in the same boat. my first choice was advertising as well. although my plans have kind of changed from the time i applied and right now i’d rather just get into my second choice which is liberal arts. still playing the waiting game as well. hopefully we’ll hear back soon.</p>
<p>Not sure if it’s any consolation, but my girlfriend internally transferred into public relations with a 3.6.</p>
<p>I’m also waiting to hear back. I handed in my transcript in person on 5/20. Applied to Cola with a 3.5 and 30 credits. I have a feeling I’m going to see a decision tomorrow.</p>
<p>Anyone trying to transfer into engineering receive a decision yet? My checking is becoming compulsive.</p>
<p>Is it possible to get a decision on the app status page after 5 pm? I know the office closes at 5 so I assume that the application status page will only be updated with a decision during open office hours.</p>
