I just want to know if I can get into UT Austin with a 34 on the act (35 on both math and science, 33 on English and 31 on reading), 780 on physics subject test, 770 on math lvl 2 subject test, and 1440 on the sat (790 math, 650 English).
The big question is whether you are top 7% instate and what major are you applying for. If you are not top 7% and applying to CS/Engineering, it will be a reach. You do have that very high math score that they look for and your ACT score is better that your SAT. It’s a reach because if you are not auto admit, you are competing with many people for 25% of the slots and normally 10% will go to international students. Alot of competition for a few slots. This advice is based on two assumptions - not top 7% and wanting to major in CS/Eng - so if not correct me.
My son was accepted in UT Austin as an auto admit today. Waiting on him to get accepted to his Major Engineering. Rank 4.5% GPA 3.6 unweighted and weighted 4.6. SAT 1290, 660 MATH and Hispanic Merit Scholar
I’m not in the top 7% percent, but my high school is extremely competitive, my rank is 79/754
Dude ur gonna be in for sure. 34 is a very god act score
UT Austin has much lower standardized testing scores lol like 34 is ivy good soooo I have faith in you
