@onhill My daughter had her app in and HER part done by early to mid-August, but the school kept having issues with getting her class rank verification and official transcript (I forgive them. We are in a pandemic.) So, UT didn’t have all her information until mid-October. Then she almost immediately got her AA notification.
My son is auto admit and his portal still says under review for his major.
@Cpalm70 I’m wondering the same thing. Has anyone heard from McCombs yet?
Has anyone out of state heard yet? I am out of state from Pennsylvania, and I’m not sure if we even can hear before Feb 1st or not.

Does Cockerel release admissions by major ? My daughter is an auto admit and she is still under review for her major.

Best of luck to everyone still waiting. I know it’s a long frustrating journey. We’ve been there. UT misses out on so many outstanding students because there is just not enough room for all these amazing kids.

@mm5678 no email. He checked because someone posted an admit here - still no email. I feel like when my eldest was admitted he didn’t get an email til later
Same as my son. Auto admitted, applied to Cockrell and still under review for his requested major.
Got the honors letter today for the zoom thingy yesterday, lol
@mm5678 No email for my son. He just checked since he knew today would potentially be the first round of decisions posted for non-auto admits.
My daughter’s portal updated yesterday (11/19) to reflect Admission to the McCombs School of Business, and her first choice major. Her Honors applications still say “we are reviewing your application.” Her “To-Do” list also changed, and they added an extra tab called “Next Steps”.
