Odd question or maybe a dumb one…I am an auto admit and have the whole “you are part of the 2025 class thing” and “your major choice is in review”. I have not yet accepted admission as I have been waiting on the major choice. The question is do I have to accept admission before receiving the major notification or can I wait? I was not sure if this might not be the reason people are able to see their info. You know some have accepted admission and others not yet. Just curious???

You do not have to accept admission before receiving your major. It seems to me that the info is there for some auto and non-auto admits.
Thanks. I saw a top notch student from El Paso got $96K full ride to UT accepted as BMEN. She posted her acceptance in Twitter UT25. I was told by admission before winter break only a few BMEN admitted so major admissions have to be this month. Good Luck!
