I know it seems like I have nothing that makes me stand out and nothing that's related to computer science.. It's because I only recently found a passion for it last year.
If you don't think I can make it, what should be my backup plan? Internal transfer? WHAT CAN I DO TO IMPROVE MY CHANCES? UT IS MY DREAM SCHOOL!

I would say you need to improve your test scores before you can consider that program, and you probably should take AP Computer Science if you haven’t already. Worst case scenario, apply to a less selective program at UT if it is really your dream school. Good luck!
