I got accepted into the COLA as a history major. my stats are: 54 hours, 4.0 GPA, OK ECs (VP of MUN, officer of another club), OK volunteering (maybe 60 hours), 1 LOR, great essays, 4 years of work experience
I have been checking MyStatus religiously. I applied to COLA for Government but haven’t heard anything yet… Is this a bad sign? OOS too
@novatosoca no news is good news! I was told a couple days ago that they go through files in small groups and that if you don’t have a decision yet that is because your group hasn’t been reviewed yet! Just a couple more days of waiting, you got this!

@novatosoca I’m COLA also and I’m OOS, seems like most people who have been hearing back this week have been In state so I won’t start worrying until Monday

hey everyone! i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday so i don’t know exactly what time, but i was also accepted to COLA last night! i’m an IR major and my stats are GPA: 4.0, Hours: 32, 2 LOR (college professor and UT alum I worked under), extracurriculars and volunteer hours, and I’m In-state but transferred from an OOS school.
