UT Austin McCombs vs Boston College Carroll for undergrad business

I’m really torn between these two schools as they both seem to be highly ranked undergrad business programs. My pros for UT are: warm weather, social life, and big state school experience (football, greek life, etc). My cons for UT are: it’s 90% in state (I would be an oos student), fear that I wouldn’t fit in as well, and it doesn’t have the same prestige as BC where I’m from (the east coast). My pros for BC are: more prestigious and I would fit in with the other students from the northeast. My cons for BC are: the cold weather and I fear a worse social life there without greek life (I don’t know how rational/accurate this point is). If you have any experience or knowledge with either schools or both in terms of academic or social life, please give me your insight! Thanks!

Do you have to take out loans for either?

I’d say the prestige of UT vs BC in business is very comparable.

Another thing is where you want to end up working. While you’re not restrained to the region of your college, a large portion of recruiters at both schools will be local

@Jpgranier on the money, that was going to be my follow up question
