I am an international freshman for the Fall of 2016 and have applied for Astronomy as my major. Which one of the two is better for me?

Have you been accepted into both? Both are great schools with (I think) different personalities.
Is budget an issue?
Both are fine schools. I’d go online and look at the courses available at each school and see if one offers more in your field.
