Hey guys! I just received my acceptance for Health and Society (COLA). I have a 3.91 GPA, 200+ service hours, 3 LOR, & 2 strong essays. I hope this helps any of you still waiting for a decision. This is my second time applying, so don’t give up. Best of luck to you all!
Congratulations @utcolagal
No change in mystatus for me??
definitely looks like stronger apps are coming out
Word. I’m in review.
Dunno @utguyguyguy my daughter is a pretty strong applicant with no change in status. But I have heard of very strong applicants being denied.
For y’all that have heard back, were y’all able to view the audit? I applied for the college of education and haven’t heard back yet!
Waiting for Education also.
Health & Society/ Pre-med
waiting for education still
whoever got into CNS what was your gpa?
Ya’ll, I have a 3.94, honors associates, and stellar EC’s and I have no decision yet, so try not to stress too much. Even good GPA’s aren’t a shoe-in.
What is your major? @Jakemeister
I’ve been through this process before. They usually send out decisions for those with a greater amount of hours first. For those that were accepted, how many hours did you guys have? And we have already established that the audit thing is a myth since both rejects and those that were accepted were able to view it.
@jakemeister Mate, I too have good credentials. Imho, I don’t think there’s a rhyme or reason to this.
Applied for Health and Society (COLA)
3.76 GPA, ~50 hours, 3 strong LoRs, strong resume
Still in review.
Applied for Econ
3.85 GPA 48 hours
1 LOR and still in review
the only reject couldn’t see their audit
My major is government @UTWannabe19. @Sith77 I’m somewhat inclined to agree. It’s funny, because I was invited to apply to Cornell, unfortunately didn’t get in, but I’d figured almost getting into an Ivy would make this less of a question, lol. No worries though, all in God’s timing :]
I applied for exercise science (Education)
GPA:3.74, 46 hours
LOR still in review… I think I heard that education typically hears back last
