Could I make it into Columbia College's Economics program? Or any high-ranking schools, for that matter? What would be a good fit for me? I want to study Economics for undergraduate, and then pursue my PhD directly after.

*National Merit Commended as well. Sorry, forgot that bit.

Keep up the good GPA. And if you can, try retaking the standerized test and raise the scores.
and I think i’ve heard that the standerized scores expire after a year?

Right now you probably won’t get in. Transferring into any ivy is a stretch. Your ECS are weak so try to join my organizations.
