What are my chances of transferring to UPenn, Columbia, Brown, Yale, Cornell, and Georgetown from the University of Texas of Austin? I want to apply as a sociology or international relation major with pre-med.

I was waitlisted last year at UPenn, Cornell, Yale, and Hopkins.

Good stats, but what are your reasons for transferring and your career plans? Right now it looks like medical doctor, is that right?
One must have some originality, not just be a generic win student, that is my advice. ^_^
