<p>I’m pretty certain that you can pay enrollment deposit to another university and then wait for Texas to release decisions for the Wait List. If you decide you want to go to Texas over whatever school then you just have to eat the money from the enrollment deposit to the alternate school and pay Texas’s as well.</p>
