@Galore … UT regular McCombs is better than the option you stated. My son is applying and I am a graduate of carnegie Mellon. I have recruited at all these schools over the years. UT Austin far better option than SMU both in terms of jobs and in terms of graduate school after undergraduate degree regardless. But its your choice. Good luck!

@Galore , Congrats!. My child applied to McCombs and the “my status” website still shows “under review”. How did you find you were accepted?

@PhaseNoise Yep, I’m from TAMS. Since UT is rolling admissions, it processes different apps at different times. Just keep checking every day (they won’t send an email) over Mystatus. And thank you!

Has anyone heard anything since? I feel like this is a big week for BHP, as I saw someone on twitter announce their acceptance yesterday. How are people getting accepted to McCombs this month and also accepted to BHP a few days later?
