UT chances/ CAP plan help?

Hey! I really want to go to UT Austin but I really think that I’m going to be capped. Here are my stats:
Top 20% in a really well ranked public Texas high school (I know… but it’s so competitive it’s crazy)
4.2 weighted GPA & ~3.8 unweighted
31 ACT score
Wrote 3 essays- the required one was really good. Everyone who reads the other 2 optional ones say they are really good but I’d say they’re average.
100 volunteer hours
Only babysitting work experience
Officer of 2 clubs and members in many more
NHS and practically every other honor society
Many leadership events
Class officer for 4 years
Upward increase in grade trends
7 APs and 4 dual credit classes and my senior year is entirely college credit (and all A's but they don't see that unfortunately)

I applied as my first choice to the Jackson School of Geosciences for geology undeclared because I have always been interested in Geology. I wrote about this in my essay and my experience/ love and future plans in the subject.
However, during my senior year, I have had a change in heart. I am taking computer science and I think I want to major in it. I put this as my second choice major but I wish I put it as my first :( Also, since I’m a girl, would it be easier for me to get in this major or does that not make a difference?

Anyways, do you think I have any chance of getting in? My dad doesn’t think I should worry, but I’m concerned.
Also, will the fact that I wrote about geology in my essay lessen my chances for computer science if I don’t get into my first choice?
Last question—I have been accepted to TAMU. How hard would it be to transfer to computer science from TAMU my sophomore year if I don’t get directly in to UT? Thanks so much!

There are about 40% females in graduating geosciences class, and there are about 18% females in graduating CS class (mostly Asians)

I guess I’d be in the minority for CS then being a white female. Thanks for the link! There’s a lot of good information on there
