<p>Mos honors programs take students after freshman year except Plan II. That is a freshman entrance only program.</p>
<p>I think that the generic Liberal Arts Honors is a strictly a freshman-year program, but you can be in the departmental honors program of any department in Liberal Arts.</p>
<p>I emailed the College of Natural Science honors programs. He said that it is harder to enter when you are in an older grade. </p>
