I've been admitted to all four business schools for next fall, but am having a hard time deciding which one to attend. I will receive in-state tuition at UM- Carlson and UW-Madison, but will pay out-of-state tuition for UT- McCombs and IU- Kelley. I did however, receive a $5,000/year scholarship to IU. Tuition is a factor for me, but not a huge one.

I am currently planning on being a marketing major. Which school would provide me with the most opportunities? The campuses I have not visited are UT's and IU's, but don't really have a preference. Any insights are appreciated :)

I toured McCombs today and I must say I’m very excited to be going there next year. It is definitely the most highly-regarded business school of the ones you mentioned, but the out-of-state tuition could be an issue depending on how much of a factor it is for you. I want to say it’s worth the extra $, but that’s for you to decide. You’re basically paying for a foot in the door at a lot of good companies and a lively, urban, good-weather college experience. How much is it worth to you?

That’s a tough decision. If possible, I would recommend visiting all the schools, talking to students, and comparing statistics from graduating classes. Compare those stats to the differences in tuition, and then go from there. On a somewhat related note, I go to Kelley and love it.

Go to UW. It’s much smaller for business than UT or Indiana and has better national placement than UM with a much more together fun campus. It also has a nice new facility and a pile of new money to use to improve the school.
