Other Info
I'm a sophomore attending a very well acclaimed, magnet high school, specializing in the medical field. The name of the school is Health Careers High School, which has won several awards demonstrating its excellence, such as being one of Intel's Scholastic Top 6 schools in academics, a National Blue Ribbon School, has a 99%-100% TAKS passing rate, has had several teachers reach state level for Best Teacher of the Year, and has had National finalists in the Intel Science Fair, History Fair, and first in state for Latin. My only fear is that from this great reputation, comes weakness. The weakness is that though I try hard in my classes, people at my school are geniuses, so my class rank will look horrible.

AIR FORCE ALL THE WAY MAN!!!!!

Do you play sports? Make sure you do, or else Air Force probably won't take you. I think you would definitely get accepted to UT.

Longhorns!! Woott woot! Sports hehe...wut if you go to a school that only has lifetime sports.. golf, xc, tennis, and swimming.

I don't play sports, but oddly I can meet the requirements for the physical portion. Would I get a call back, in order to prove I can physically do it?

oddly hehe

To take the fitness assesment, you need a school gym teacher to administer the test for you. Ask the Academy for a packet or something. Then I think your gym teacher and principal has to sign that it is valid results and the school sends the results to the Academy.

However, the academy prefers to see that you have participated in team sports. For instance, if you have played varsity football, it means that you know about teamwork, dedication, etc.
