UT transfer essays

Would anyone like to read my statement of purpose?
It's about my "foreign life" and why I want to transfer to UT, of course.
515 words long.

Thanks :)

i would! message me

message me your essay. I'll look for anything I can suggest you (fyi: I'll be harsh on the critique) so don't mind please!

I think I could help

I'd like to read it also. PM me.

Jw isn't the deadline sunday?

Deadline is actually Monday at 5PM.
Apparently when the deadline is on the weekend, UT moves it to the next coming week day.
Weird..

Thanks for help guys..

Hey thanks for sharing your essay, I enjoyed reading about your story. I would grade it as a 'B' or "average" essay. I don't think you should include talking about your grades as a C student in Bolivia or that you went to ACC for three semesters. Talking about yourself in ANY negative way is not recommended. They also know that you went to ACC by looking at your transcript, so talking about your time there is obvious by looking at your grades.

This essay kind of sounds like a biography, it should sound more like an essay about a SPECIFIC time/event that has impacted you.

I'll read it.
