got 13k grant(uni + pell) at UT austin non resident yearly expense = $16k
got $30k grant(uni + pell) at USC. yearly fee = $44k
got $12k grant(uni + pell) at ucsd. yearly fee = 19k

which shud i choose for eecs. ne ideas.
