Hello I am currently an international student in Shanghai. I plan to major in Chemical Engineering, and I am really looking into two Canadian universities: UBC and UToronto. From what I've known from the research online:

UToronto:
more ancient buildings and campus
better academics
colder weather
better research
LEAST accessible professors (from Princeton Review)
Ivy league in Canada, typical East Coast, top notch
greater international reputation

UBC:
better environment, better city (Vancouver is probably the best city in the world)
better and warmer weather
student-faculty ratio smaller, meaning, more accessible professors
one of the most sutainable campuses (really important to me)

VERY important factors:
- academics and research: engineering and science comes first, engineering + business combine program or dual degree
- diversity of student body/international students/opportunities to study abroad
- 5-year bachelor-master combined
- job opportunities

important factor:
- campus/city environment and experience
- sustainability

somewhat important factors (only consider these when the factors above are equally satisfied):
- tuition/financial aid
- graduate school opportunities
- weather

So based on these factors, which would you recommend?
Thanks a lot.
