Since we don't have a subforum, lets at least get a post going on. Post here if you're going to be a first year Fall '05. :D

I'll be a first eyar in fall '05. Which orientations are you guys going to?

August 1 & 2.

What do you think your major will be?

Attending C orientation (July 11-12). :)

Most likely a C.S. major.

As of right now, I'm signed up for june 30-july1, but that may change. Is anyone else looking at majoring in physics?

C orientation, business

my friend Bonnie wants to major in physics

COme onnnnnnn, I know theres more '09ers out there.

where's the school spirit?

I'll be a first year this Fall :) I'm going to the July 14-15 session CLAS.

orientation june 30-july1!

this week i'm thinking sociology major? (no clue)

I am going to the first orientation on June 30- July1.

majoring in Engineering.

Do you guys have any clue as to what you're going to show up with as far as classes you'll be taking 1st semester?

I pretty much have nearly all my 1st semester classes planned out for the most part. But that's only because I'm in SEAS.

I'm a little on the lost side as to what to choose... I suppose I'll figure it out with some reading though.

yeah, I am in SEAS too. So its almost fixed courses every semester, with some minor changes. It also depends on how many AP credits you receive.

Also class of '09.
What am I planning to study?...I have No Clue, but hopefully I'll make up my mind soon.
As for the orientation...I got them to place me into session K (usually only for international students) because I'll be spending most of my summer in Brazil and wouldn't be able to make it to any other (anyways, I live in Florida, which would have still made it kinda far for two trips).

no clue...facebook?

Class of 2009 here
Orientation: July 14-15
Major: Probably Economics. I want to end up in the Commerce School.

What's the deal with the Foreign Language Placement test at Orientation though? Is anyone else taking this?

Nope, fortunately I took SAT IIs and scored high enough so I don't have to. Yay for that.

I took SAt2 Chinese and scored a 800, so i'm exempt :)
