I am wondering what my chances are for these schools.. I am applying RD for both. I live in MD and would be OOS for UVA:
I plan to major in biology/biochem/something along those lines

Academic:
3.89 (UW), 4.5 (WT) (one C on transcript for freshman year physics, will this affect me? mostly A's, 2 B's in AP calc )
class rank: 22/364
2010 SAT (660 CR, 590M, 760 W) I know, math is low :(
ACT: Will take in October
SAT II: will take Chem, Math 2, and Lit in November
Multiple AP's (World Hist., Psych, Chem, AB/BC Calc, taking Environmental and Lit and Comp. this year). Received AP scholar with honor award this past summer
Looking to drop an unweighted class and take a bio class at the community college

School EC:
Interact Club (branch of the rotary club)
NHS
Internship with the national cancer institute at a local army base in my hometown (takes place of 2/4 classes per semester, must work 15 hrs/week)

Sports:
Competitive gymnastics for over ten years (level 8), had to quit in the middle of junior year due to back injury, also why I don't have as many EC (practice took up most of my free time)

EC:
Internship with National Cancer Institute, same as the one mentioned in the school EC, but in the summer I was paid and worked 40 hrs/week
Gymnastics instructor at the same gym where I used to do gymnastics
Member of my church youth group

Volunteer:
