<p>I'm currently a high school junior and just got my transcript today so I have more accurate information:</p>

<p>GPA: 97.88 (4.0 on CB scale)
Rank: 8/295 (Top 3%)
Taken practice ACTs and gotten 30 & 32 composite respectively.</p>

<p>AP Physics
AP US History
AP Government
College English / College Algebra/Precalc</p>

<p>I'm taking the March & June SATs but have no scores for them now (got a 188 on PSAT)</p>

<p>Wind Ensemble
Area All-State Band, All-State Band, All-County Band
Varsity Cross Country, Varsity Boys Tennis
National Honor Society</p>

<p>First generation college student
From New York
200+ volunteer hours upon graduation</p>

<p>I know without taking my SATs or SAT IIs yet it'll be hard to be accurate but assuming I get within the mid-range scores for these schools I'd want to know how I'd fare. Thanks!</p>

<p>I think you are a match for NYU. Keep in mind they don’t give away that much aid, unfortunately. Brown is a reach (as it is for most), but I encourage you to apply. I’m not sure about the other schools, I’m not from NY. UVA is a reach because its difficult from out of state.</p>
