<p>If you were in-state, I’d call UVA a match (as the “flagship” university, it’s not a shoe-in for anyone). OOS - go for it, you are competing for one of fewer slots but you definitely fit the profile of a successful “Wahoo”. UVA re-instated early action (pretty sure it is not early decision, so non-binding) and I recommend meeting that deadline to improve your chances.</p>

<p>Even applying out of state, you should have absolutely no trouble being admitted. Coming from a competitive Northern VA school, last year’s SAT acceptance average was only a 2020. With those ECs and GPA, I’d breath a sigh of relief ;)</p>
