<p>Im OOS so i obviously dont qualify for the instate privleges</p>

<p>but under that application
section A says, to be completed by all applicants</p>

<p>im kind of confused</p>

<p>also, male and are u a citizen are already checked</p>

<p>so im not sure how to make them disappear</p>

<p>Disregard it, if you marked OOS earlier they don’t even look at that section.</p>

<p>It means all applicants for Virginia status. You aren’t applying for Virginia status, right? Just ignore.</p>
