<p>I already got into ODU. I applied to JMU, Tech, UVa. UVa is my dream school, I absolutely love it there, people, area, everything, but I will definitely be fine with going to Tech if I'm not accepted to UVa.</p>

<p>so I just got the word that my friend from HS got in with a 2.9 gpa...****es me off because I know my 3.66 will be laughed at for addmission to the a-school :(</p>

<p>he applied to A&S, went to Georgia Tech for a time (after a year ended up at George Mason), and apparently it's his third time applying.</p>

<p>Must play a sport or something. It's not easy to get in to Georgia Tech either. And how did he end up at George Mason after attending GT? Is he in-state and just wanted back in Virginia?</p>

<p>He plays no sports and hated Atlanta so moved back home and went to Mason. And yes, he is in-state.</p>
