<p>my real name is Evan Thomas Shanghai Stafford, but imdb screwed up and put my 2nd middle name Shanghai, first, on all the movie credits, it is Evan Stafford, or Evan Thomas Stafford</p>

<p>my dad, was a pilot for tv, and his boss liked me, and decided to let me be his assistant, then started giving me more and more important jobs, thats how i started doing tv work</p>

<p>I think you have a pretty good shot considering your EC's seem better than mine were. However, I know plenty of people who had amazing EC' and stats and were waitlisted. So I am not really sure how it works. Good luck</p>
