I am right now in the vccs. I am planning on transferring to UVa after this year. I noticed that in their guaranteed admissions agreement, they require a foreign language. I am obviously assuming I cannot be admitted under the guaranteed agreement without taking a foreign language (took in high school, but not yet in college). However, with close to a 4.0 average, I am wondering how likely I would be to still being admitted into their college of arts and sciences. Will I have to take the foreign language? If I do it's no big deal, but I was just curious.

you should be posting at Dean J's blog at UVa...look under the UVA page on these boards...and use the UVa website to dig into this question. Someone on campus will clarify for you if you email them. Also..go to your vccs guidance teacher...don't let anything stop you from getting to UVa or another great VA college....it is a great opportunity and you earned it with your good work record.
