UVA, Georgetown, ND, BC chances

I'm a freshman at Marquette right now and I'm looking to transfer in Fall '07. My High school gpa was 94% weighted, and I was a part of a few clubs as well as fall and spring crew. 32 on my ACT, and I took 4 AP classes senior year and got 5's on English Literature and Calc AB, a 4 on Environmental Science, and 3's on US and Comparative Government. I applied to UVA early decision and got rejected last year, and also got waitlisted at BC and Johns Hopkins and didnt get in to either. This semester I am taking 18 credit hours (average is 15).
Before Finals, my grades are:
Intro to Brit Lit - A, Statistics - A, Intermediate French - A, Sociology - AB (but will bring up for the semester), Theology - A, and Macroeconomics - A.

I want to major in econ, and Marquette's not as strong in econ as I would like. Do I have a chance at UVA(my first choice), G-Town, Notre Dame, BC... maybe UPenn??

you need a year before you can transfer, for all of these schools.

UVA - if you're OOS, you've got a good chance, but theres no certainities because only 1/3 of transfers are OOS (they seem to take about 3/4 of in state applicants, and 1/4 of OOS applicants to make the transfer pool 2/3 VA and 1/3 OOS) especially since you'll be transferring to CAS
G-town - match
ND - match (although im not sure their transfer rate...if its high, definently its a match, if its low, then id say very slight reach)
-BC - match
-UPenn - reach

ND is much easier to transfer into than BC actually, BC took about 10% of transfers last year while ND took about 35%. I think youre probably in at ND, BC is a match, dont really know how UVA works, you have a pretty good shot at gtown, slightly harder than BC. UPenn i think its the easiest of the ivies to transfer into as long as you dont want to go to wharton, but its gonna be a little reachy i think. again im also applying to transfer (out of BC actually), so i dont really know too much

where are you applying to ckmets?

notre dame, uchicago, and one more (cornell most likely)
