<p>Im not sure as to how hard making the rugby team would be. But as for having played football you should have no problem. I was a running back from 2nd grade til 8th. In 9th grade i moved to switzerland and my school had a rugby team so i decided to join. it was possibly the best choice of my life. I was always one who wasn’t scared to take or lay out a big hit. So i just went onto the rugby field with the same mentality.
I made varsity my first year playing. The coach said that even though ii didn’t know the rule very well i could tackle very well. So ya…the rules came quick…they really arent that confusing.<br>
My schools varsity team won the central european U-21 championships.
So back to your question. If you just learn the fundamental rules and stuff. I would bet you could make the team. Just go out, hit hard, and play like there is no tomorrow.</p>
