UVA: SAT or ACT

<p>So I am applying for UVA early action and I have taken both the SAT and the ACT (each twice). </p>

<p>SAT superscore: 2270 - (780 critical reading, 690 math)
ACT composite #1: 32 (35 english, 30 math)
ACT composite #2: 32 (30 english, 33 math)</p>

<p>Should I send my superscored SAT scores or my ACT scores? Which would give me a better chance of getting into UVA? </p>

<p>I would send the superscore SAT. Most colleges do not superscore the ACT (I do not know about UVA). What is your intended major? If you want to major in STEM, one could make the argument that the ACT with the 33 math is better - if a humanities major, maybe the other way around. I think I would go with the SAT.</p>
