<p>This article is a few months old. About 1/3 of the total is for new first year residence halls to replace buildngs from the 1960s (which reportedly had some structural problems from poor original construction). The new housing is using hall type designs, instead of suites.</p>

<p>I really don’t like how the new dorms look from the outside… they’re just so plain and boring compared to the old dorms. They should bring back Greek style</p>
