Waitlisted last time with a 3.3 first semester
I know that the application process is an order of magnitude harder in the spring so I’m honestly just anticipating it to roll over to fall. But hey, I’d get two application chances for the price of one. ?♂️
Against all odds… with a 3.6 gpa… I GOT ACCEPTED CAS!!!
Congrats!! @Rjlake33 I’m really sad that receiving the rejection letter, I get 3.7 GPA from a top 40 university, VA residence. I’ll try for the fall semester.
@Spring2020Mathhh Thanks man. If it’s one thing that I’ve learned from this process is that nothing is predictable no matter what statistics exist out there. I had no intention on actually going there in the spring. I assumed that spring admission is basically impossible and I only applied so it would roll over to the fall and I wouldn’t have to do it over two semesters.
Am I the only one surprised about the timing of it though? They always post decisions on the last Friday of the month but instead they chose the third Thursday. Also there’s no update to the transfer blog or acknowledgment on any social media that anyone was accepted.
