UVA- Subject Tests

<p>Hi! I have just applied to the University of Virginia for their early action November 1st deadline. Because subject tests were not required, I never took them. I'm starting to regret that a little bit. I was wondering if it was too late to take them in December and send them in then? One place on their website says that they will accept SATII tests from January, but that may not be updated for their early action deadline, which was just introduced this year.</p>

<p>They want anything required including tests sent by Nov 1 for early action. However, SAT IIs are not required. Since it is a new process, it is hard to say what UVa would do if you sent Dec test scores. However, since decisions won’t go out until end of Jan, there is a chance your IIs could be considered if they arrive before a decision has already been made on you. In any event, even if the IIs are too late for EA, you will have them in the event you are deferred to regular admission.</p>
