<p>One of the essay topics for UVA is: "What work of art, music, science, mathematics, or literature has surprised, unsettled, or challenged you, and in what way?"</p>
<p>I was thinking about using a TV show (a cartoon, actually) in this essay. Are TV shows/cartoons considered a work of art? I mean, cartoons are drawn, it's just animated.</p>
